Application Procedures of Peak Stores
In order to ensure the quality of terminal sites and establishing detailed terminal files, do the preparation for future development and the maintenance of tracking and following-up, it is required that each region should implement the following provision. If they don't operate according to the provision, or provide incomplete data and information, Peak Group have the rights not to do the certification and approval.
First, the applicator must provide the information as below:
1. Application form
2. Copy of the corporate identity
3. The floor plan, block diagram and outdoor diagram of pre-selected store
Second, regional deputy should sort out and sign the above-mentioned information, then report it to the person in charge of Peak regional market, and pass the floor plan, block diagram and outdoor diagram to Advertising Department for store design with the approval.
Third, the customer with approval decorates the store with the guidance of design drawing from Advertising Department.
Fourth, after passing the acceptance of decoration, the customer needs to provide Peak terminal file for Marketing Department.
Fifth, after passing the examination, the Commission of Authority will be issued by Marketing Department.
Sixth, all the departments of Peak will conduct business with the customer according to the information provided by Marketing Department.
Seventh, Peak applies the above-mentioned procedures to all the new and existing customers and branch offices, including the opening of post offices and stores. Meanwhile, everyone must operate according to the procedures, and root out any operations against the procedures.
